पत्रकारों और गैर-पत्रकारों के लिए मजीठिया वेज बोर्ड की सिफारिशों को लागू कराने को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला 24 अक्टूबर को आने की संभावना है. 24 अक्टूबर को आखिरी सुनवाई होनी है और संभवतः इसी दिन फैसला आ जाना है. इसके पहले इसी महीने की एक तारीख और 3 तारीख को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई.
पत्रकारों की तरफ से वकील बीके पाल और परमानंद पांडेय ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का ध्यान दिलाया कि इस वेज बोर्ड की सिफारिशों के लिए मीडियाकर्मी पिछले बारह साल से प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं. दोनों वकील ने अपील की कि अब इस प्रकरण पर फैसला आ जाना चाहिए. एक अक्टूबर और तीन अक्टूबर के दिन सुनवाई में क्या क्या चीजें हुईं, उसके डिटेल यूं हैं...

On 1st October 2013 Mr. Gopal Jain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in W.P.(C)No.246 of 2011 commenced his arguments at 10.45 a.m. and concluded at 3.00 p.m. Thereafter, Mr. P.P. Rao, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in W.P.(C)No. 382 of 2011 made his submissions till the Court rose for the day. The matters remained part-heard.
